We will develop, in detail the design and construction schedule to reflect the most effective and economic progress of work. In collaboration with the Owner and Architect, we will build a schedule that Identifies all key dates for use in designing and constructing the project. During the construction phase, we will continuously monitor the progress of the work, identify, and resolve schedule problems with Subcontractors and Suppliers, review manpower and material availability while making reasonable demands on the Subcontractors to achieve satisfactory progress.
