Our Team will analyze all phase of the design from a construction point of view with the objective of maintaining performance, quality, and cost. In an on-going process during the design phase, our staff will direct the team in the evaluation process to include cost analysis, construction feasibility, considerations relative to labor and materials availability, and the effect on the projects schedule. This process begins early in the project when potential savings are the greatest and will continue throughout the design phase.
